Mr. Sagar Arole's journey started with corporate and entrepreneurial stints at Godrej Soaps and P&G . Later, he started his own ventures like being an F& B Partner organization in a Water Theme Park and Owning a resort In Panchgani, Goa & Mahabaleshwar and Corporate Catering.

For the past 2 years, he is on a mission to steer Kaarya (a listed company) to its next level of growth. As the Independent Director, he provides leadership to the Management Team to scale up the business, focus on Client Relationships and develop interpersonal relationships.

She possesses over 7 years of experience in the fields of Corporate Laws, listing agreement, Rights Issues, Bonus Issues, Preferential Allotments, takeover of Listed & unlisted companies, Mergers & De-mergers of Listed and Unlisted Companies, etc.. She is well verse with the end to end Company Law related Compliances, regulatory affairs, policy formulation, due diligence, correspondence with stakeholders, including compliances with SEBI, ROC and RBI.
